Our story.

Achara is a new restaurant in Dublin from the crew behind Crudo and Happy’s.

We’ve been obsessed with Thai food since our first travels across South east Asia. The flavours, the price, the smell of grilled meats walking around Chiang Mai, the hustle and bustle of the night markets, that first pad Kra Pao after an 12 hour night train to Surat Thani.

Local produce. Global flavour.

The menu will change regularly as different produce will come in and out of season. With a big focus on using local sustainable suppliers, expect to see variations on authentic dishes depending on what we can get our hands on.

Our custom made charcoal burning grill was made by Pat and Jim of Smokin’ soul in Co. Wexford to include certain features will enable us to grill like they would in Thailand.
